The ‘Rebana’ Framed Drum is made in Java, Indonesia from mango fruit trees that are sustainably harvested and natural goat hide. This drum is traditionally played by hand during Moslem ceremonies and celebrations.
 There are many ways to play a drum: Hold the frame in one hand and slap your fingers on the edge to make a tone sound, Bounce your palm in the middle for a bass tone, or use the drum stick for brighter, louder sound.This makes a perfect first drum that will last through years of enjoyment. The goat skin is expertly stretched and secured – the key to great, long-lasting sound.
